Within the grounds you have the following:
- Your own private fishing lake
- A barbeque for each house
- Garden tables and chairs
- Swings for children
- Boules
- Bicycles
- An above ground swimming pool (available July–September)
- Space in the 8.5 acres for all sorts of other games and activities
